Swimming in the river Würm

Gemaltes Bild in grün und blau an grüner Wand über Anrichte mit Vase

Would you like to immerse yourself in the liveliness of summer again? This picture is a reminder of the refreshing freedom of bathing in a river on a hot day. Feel the rays of sunlight breaking through the canopy of leaves and the invigorating freshness of the water on your skin.

Awakening

A dance between farewell and new beginnings on a deep blue background. Here, the waning winter and the awakening of spring merge into a harmonious unity. The bright colors of awakening spring contrast with the last traces of icy winter. A moment of change, captured in color and form.

Mist at Dawn

Gemaltes grünes Bild an grüner Wand über Kommode mit grüner Vase.

In the silence of the mist the magic of the morning unfolds. The sun has not yet broken through the thicket of trees. This calm penetrates me to the very core of my being and I enjoy this moment. That was a wonderful moment, back then in Yellowstone 🙂

Blue Divine 2

Painting in different shades of blue, beige and white colors hangs on a white wall above a wooden highboard with two potted plants.

Lightness, floating, almost like particles that rise instead of falling, carried by the wind. An image of the sensation of weightlessness.

Secret Garden

Painted picture in green, white and light blue tones hangs on the white wall behind the dining table and next to the window to the garden.

A dining area that is open to the living room and has a view of the garden still needs a suitable picture for the wall behind the table. Green and white tones characterize the room. They are captured by the warm atmosphere of the wooden furniture and should also shape the image. After a few […]

Neuanfang (New Beginning)

Painting in pink, yellow and white colors and a hand with a brush in front painting the left side of the canvas with white paint.

Exhibition “Was blüht uns da” I am totally excited about this joint project, the Sendlinger Bilderfries. Over 60 artists took part, each with a picture. Thanks to the great organization of the team around Martha Reichenberger, Dorothea Knodt and Martin Liebl, it turned out to be a wonderful exhibition and the organization worked absolutely brilliantly. […]

Ruhe & Bewegung (Serenity and Motion)

Painting in light pink, beige and white colors hangs on a white wall on the head side of a desk with a laptop and books.

My attempt to paint something “quieter” led me to the realization that calm does not have to mean standstill. Just as everything is always changing, calm and movement do not have to exclude each other and can complement each other positively. Finding inner peace in one’s own movement is a wonderful state for me.

Lily & Bird – The bird

Big square painting in yellow green and gray hanging between two windows on a white wall behind a long white table in a conference room.

The second part of Kierkegaard’s “The Lily of the Field and the Bird of the Air” – a kind of meditative study of contentment and happiness.

Lily & bird: The lily

Round wooden dining table with two chairs in a scandinavian interior

Kierkegaard’s “The Lily of the Field and the Bird of the Air” made me think about contentment and happiness.
